Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website. Dual-Stack Studio is the working name of an independent, individually-operated software development practice run by Sebastian Rodriguez — it is not a separately registered legal entity. By browsing this site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About this site

This website is a portfolio and business-inquiry channel. It describes services offered and showcases past project work. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or contract — any actual project engagement is agreed separately, in writing, once scope, timeline, and price have been discussed directly.

2. Project work & engagements

Freelance or contract work referenced or requested through this site (via email) is governed by a separate agreement between you and Sebastian Rodriguez / Dual-Stack Studio, not by these website terms alone. That agreement will cover scope, deliverables, timeline, payment, and intellectual property specific to your project.

3. Intellectual property

The design, code, and written content of this website belong to Dual-Stack Studio unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Project case studies describe real client work; client names, logos, and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners and are used here for portfolio purposes with the understanding that this is accurate, non-misleading representation of work performed.

4. Accuracy of information

Reasonable care is taken to keep project descriptions, technology stacks, and results accurate and up to date. Live demo links and third-party services referenced on this site are outside our control and may change or become unavailable without notice.

5. No warranty on site availability

This site is provided "as is." While we aim to keep it available and functioning correctly, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues arising from your use of the site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dual-Stack Studio / Sebastian Rodriguez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This limitation does not apply to separately signed project agreements, which are governed by their own terms.

7. External links

This site links to live client projects and third-party platforms (e.g. hosting, payment, or booking providers used by those projects). We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of external sites.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site or services change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent tohello@dualstackstudio.com.

This document is general boilerplate for a small independent practice and hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer. It isn't a substitute for legal advice — for anything project-specific, refer to your signed agreement.
