Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Dual-Stack Studio is the working name of an independent, individually-operated software development practice run by Sebastian Rodriguez. It is not a separately registered legal entity. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it.
1. What this site does not do
This website does not use cookies, does not run any analytics or tracking scripts, and does not share data with advertising networks. There is no login system and no user accounts. Browsing this site anonymously requires no action on your part — there is nothing to opt out of.
2. Information collected when you contact us
The only way to reach Dual-Stack Studio through this site is by email. If you send an email (including via the "Get in touch" or "Learn More" links, which open your own email client), we receive whatever information you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
This information is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Discuss and, if applicable, deliver a project or service you've requested
- Keep basic records of client correspondence for accounting and legal purposes
It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Hosting and infrastructure
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel's infrastructure may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and performance purposes, independent of this site's own code. That processing is governed byVercel's own privacy policy.
4. Data retention
Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to manage the client relationship or fulfill legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
5. Links to other sites
This site links to live client projects (e.g. project demos) and third-party services. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies — please review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
6. Your rights
Regardless of where you're located, you can at any time ask to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request that your information be deleted
- Withdraw consent to any future contact
To exercise any of these rights, emailhello@dualstackstudio.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for a professional, business audience and is not directed at children.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time as the site or its services change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
